Intelli-Dial-UP optimizes your Internet Connection by tweaking or modifying some TCP/IP Settings in the Microsoft Windows Registry.

When you first installed Microsoft Windows 95 or 98.  The TCP/IP Settings in the registry weren't optimized for Modem users nor were they optimized for @Home or Cable users.  The settings are solely optimized for LAN Access.  By adjusting those values, you can speed up your internet connection up to 5 times faster.
